Receptionist/Customer Service
Job Description:
- Pleasantly and courteously answer each incoming call and route it to appropriate person or department
- Pleasantly and courteously greet and route company guests
- Maintain appointment sign-in log on front counter Watch for walk-in customers
- Report any problems with phone equipment to Office Lead
- Train other employees on switchboard as directed
- Maintain pleasant disposition and accept requests diplomatically
- Distribute and File Reports
- Enter Faxed Orders
- Check E-Fax and distribute faxes accordingly
- Distribute Mail
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Dependable
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
